O-ring, back-up ring
O-rings are used for a wide range of applications for immobilization and movement. They are the most commonly used basic sealing products in terms of efficiency and economy. Therefore, it is important to select and design appropriate materials considering the overall working environment, such as application form, pressure, temperature and fluid.
Back-up ring prevents damage if the fluid pressure is too high or the gap is too large when using O-ring, and increases durability of the O-ring.
